Clear AI rules. In ten working days.

A practical, tailored AI policy and staff guidance for established businesses that need a shared starting point.

By GOOD TO GO · Updated 19 September 2026

What is included

  • A short leadership questionnaire and 45-minute discovery call.
  • A tailored AI acceptable-use policy.
  • Rules for approved tools and what data can and cannot be entered.
  • Human review requirements.
  • Guidance for higher-risk areas such as HR, client work and financial decisions.
  • An incident and escalation route with named responsibilities.
  • A simple one-page staff guide.
  • A 30-minute leadership handover.

How the Sprint works

  • Discover. Tell us about your work, tools, data and concerns through the questionnaire and call.
  • Draft and tailor. We translate that information into practical boundaries, review requirements and staff guidance.
  • Review together. Your nominated contact provides consolidated feedback and confirms ownership and escalation contacts.
  • Hand over. We finalise the documents and walk leadership through using and maintaining them.

A defined scope and delivery window

For one organisation with up to 100 employees. Delivery is within 10 working days of the agreed start, once the questionnaire and discovery call are complete and the required information is available. We agree feedback dates at the start; late responses can move the delivery date.

The Sprint addresses everyday staff use of AI based on the information you provide. It does not include an organisation-wide staff survey, exhaustive tool or use-case audit, technical security testing, legal sign-off, full governance implementation or company-wide training. Specialist or complex uses may need separate assessment. We confirm suitability before you commit.

Build on it when you are ready

The £1,500 Sprint fee is fully credited against a Good to Go Review booked within 60 days of your Sprint handover, for the same organisation. A Review priced at £5,000 therefore has £3,500 remaining after the credit. Larger Review scopes are quoted separately.

The Review establishes how AI is actually being used and prioritises your risks. Governance implements and tests wider controls. A policy is a useful first step; it does not by itself mean you meet all six GOOD TO GO checks.

When can we start?

First available programme starts are December 2026 and January 2027. The ten-working-day window runs from your agreed Sprint start, not from your enquiry. A 50% deposit reserves your programme; the balance is due on commencement.
